Brian has thirty-seven years experience in corporate, professional accounting, taxation and business advisory fields. He has been in practice as an accountant, business advisor and forensic accountant since 1989.

Prior to this he was with BP Australia for six years in accounting policy and systems, corporate accounting and corporate treasury roles. Brian worked for Touche Ross in the UK in London, Birmingham and Geneva.

He now specialises in forensic accounting, and has worked in a wide variety of industries ranging from international to small business.

Brian has been involved in many Court-related assignments including Family Court, Federal Magistrates Court, County Court, Federal Court and the Supreme Courts of Victoria and New South Wales.

David Martin – Expert Witness

David is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner with more than twenty years of experience in forensic accounting, investigations, litigation support and insolvency-related matters. He has specialised in forensic accounting for over fifteen years.

David has held senior forensic accounting positions within the Australian Taxation Office, EY and PPB Advisory, and has led complex financial investigations involving fraud, misconduct, asset-tracing and significant economic loss claims. His experience spans expert witness engagements, business valuations, solvency assessments, family law matters, commercial disputes and regulatory investigations.

David's combination of legal, accounting and investigative experience enables him to provide clear, practical and objective opinions on complex financial issues. He has presented expert evidence in Australian court proceedings involving substantial accounting and financial matters, and regularly works with solicitors, barristers, corporations, government agencies and private clients.

Wendy Hancox – Investigator

Wendy has thirty-five years experience in professional accounting and taxation and business fields. She has been in practice as an accountant and business advisor since 1984.

Prior to this she worked for CSR in the audit department and particularly as the Australian Sugar Auditor and also worked for Touche Ross in the UK for seven years.

Wendy specialises in information systems, audit and forensic accounting. Wendy has worked in a wide variety of industries ranging from international to small businesses with a strong bias towards accounting information systems.
